I heard about this site through a woman I saw in central park who had two dogs trained at the K9-1 facility. I was deciding upon a dog trainer for my pitbull mix that had some issues lunging at other dogs on the leash.
The site itself gave information on how to train my dog in a few different methods ranging from positive reinforcement, halti-collars, prong collars, and e-collars. I am writing the review because I without a doubt saved a lot of money by just following some of the techniques on the site. I really really enjoyed the videos.

My two complaints about the site are that:

1. The videos would not play on my Ipad. They are in flash format, so i had to use my PC.

2. The site is somewhat difficult to navigate.

Overall I believe it was money well spent. Especially if you only join for one or two months and cancel the membership. The $19/month can add up, but the first trainer i contacted wanted $300 just to give me a behavior "consult".

In summary, I would recommend Self Help Dog Training to a friend.
