I have most of the single videos. I never signed up for the expensive dog camp. I have only been billed minimum amounts and exact to the purchase I made. You have to read all the way down the sign up page for each program and check NO in the box if you don't want the expensive training. All of the programs I have do work, consistency is key. CHET, hope you see this.

Enormous charge a week later - not authorised. Have cancelled credit card to stop these scumbags taking more money. The training videos are not user friendly in my opinion (as an instructional designer - I design training for a living) and are poor quality for the price.

Disgusted with this scam.

This "audio only" CD on how to potty train your puppy is merely a phone conversation between Chet and a dog trainer. The entire CD is a phone conversation. I think it might be more helpful to check out her website. She has all the info and Chet only asks the questions. The CD isn't bad but I can't imagine that most people don't already know what is covered in the CD. I won't buy the other CDs.

After ordering the original program for $37.00 like others 1 week later I was shocked to discover $197.00 debited from my credit card. I sent an email which they promptly responded to saying they would refund the $37.00 but only would refund the $197 if I sent back the pouch and leash. NEWS FLASH!!! WHAT LEASH AND POUCH. I never received any of these . here is a copy of the email I received from them

As other reviews have said before, don't trust this A-hole. No response when I canceled for "money back guarantee." There are much better programs for free on YouTube. Unauthorized billing is nothing more than theft. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I am considering a class action against him, if anyone is interested.

I also ordered the digital product for $37. and was hit a week later for the full video product for $197 which I did not authorize. Already put a call into my bank. I have left two voice messages and several emails and am waiting for replies. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered anything from this guy. DON'T DO IT!

I have not had a chance to use the downloaded information to train my dog yet so don't have any information as to if this works or not.

Interesting that they have a 60 day money back guarantee but then charge you erroneously through what I consider fraud.

I attended a webinar on March 8, 2013. After hearing the information shared on the call, I was impressed and tried to order the download version of the program for $37.77. I got an error message indicating that my credit card could not be processed. I really wanted the program, so I ordered the hardcopy version of the program for the full price $69.95 and used a different card. On March 20th, a charge of $197 hit my credit card. I believe that the trainer "Chet" knows what he is doing, and I also think he is quite a salesman. As far as customer service, I am waiting to hear if they will refund any of my money... I will post a follow-up review.

I agreed to purchase the system for $69.95. I was billed $200.49 on one month, then an additional $75.08 the next month. NO ONE answers the phone, and no one is answering my emails.

I had to cancel my credit card AND it is now up to them to dispute. I got TOTALLY SCREWED over! DO NOT GET TRICKED!

These guys are CROOKS! We paid for the FULL training program for $37 and they then decided to take an EXTRA $147 from our account a week later - I have now been contacting them for 3 days straight via email and phone and still no resolution! DON'T BE TRICKED - THEY WILL STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!
